They were looking to boost Corporate credit card online enrollment, lower incoming calls with questions about the cards and over the phone enrollment. Their analytics and some research showed that the original pages were too long with way too much information on them. Customers felt overwhelmed and not confident enough that they were picking the right card for their needs. What customers were needing was the most important details about the card at a quick glance, so they felt confident that they were selecting the card to meet their company needs. I was tasked to simplify the corporate card and card comparison pages. These designs reflect what the other card pages looked like from Original to the New. After the redesign, online credit card enrollment was up by 8%.
